Shipping charges start at $9.50.
- Spend $100+: When you spend more than $100 on a purchase, you automatically get standard shipping for free.
We don’t ship outside the U.S. yet.
If there is an issue with your order (something broken, something missing, something wrong with an item) you will have 48 hours from the time the package is delivered to message us with the issue at roshielstreasuresshippinghelp@gmail.com. We will not be able to do anything if you message us regarding these issues after this time. We will also need you to send us pictures and videos of the products if there is an issue.
Tracking for packages is sent to your email address. If you don’t see a tracking number in your email within 7-14 business days, please first check your spam folder, if still not there, send us a message at roshielstreasuresshippinghelp@gmail.com. Anything that is damaged in transit requires an insurance claim to be made with either UPS or USPS. We make sure to wrap everything very well with lots of bubble wrap. We also pay to have all packages insured in case something breaks in transit.
